In order to have access to the database a permanent faculty member should serve as the investigator for your site. This person would assume responsibility for the proper use and safekeeping of the gold standard dataset. A brief CV of the permanent faculty member is to be sent to the maintainer of this database. This CV must include the following information: name, position, title, positions held, and a valid e-mail address.
A unique code, which can be used on this page for downloading the database, will be sent to the e-mail address provided after receipt of the information decribed above.
