Uploading your results

You can upload your results by providing text files with the end positions returned by your 2D-3D registration software. There should be one result positions file for each combination of modality, vertebral segment (v), vertebral body (b) and number of fluoroscopic images (f), following this naming convention

<3DRX,CT,MR>v<1,2>b<1,2,3,4,5>f<1LAT,1AP,2>_result.txt

with as many lines as registrations were performed (corresponding to the start positions in the start positions file). Per line the registration results are listed, consisting of the following numbers separated by spaces (see also the help page)

Our evaluation software

Using the result files and our evaluation software output files, following this naming convention

<3DRX,CT,MR>v<1,2>b<1,2,3,4,5>f<1LAT,1AP,2>_accuracy.txt

are produced that present the accuracy of each registration. Per line the accuracy of each registration result is listed with information in the following order

Next, given these accuracy files, results are provided by our evaluation software per modality and number of fluoroscopic images, following the naming convention

<3DRX,CT,MR>f<1,2>_outputbin.txt

with information about the performance of the registration algorithm per bin (start positions are divided in bins of 1 mm, see [1]), with the following information per line (i.e. bin)

Subsequently, we can also generate result graphs, such as shown in the paper [1].
