WebSSM: Web-based Statistical Shape Model Visualization, Interaction and Sampling

Statistical Shape Models (SSMs) are geometric models that describe a collection of semantically similar objects in a very compact way. SSMs represent a mean shape of many three-dimensional objects as well as their variation in shape, formulated with Modes of Shape Variations (MoVs). WebSSM, brings the SSMs to the convenience of the Web, this way allows for visualization of the SSM, manipulation of its MoVs and finally downloading customized sampled bones to the local computer of the user.

In this link a demo of WebSSM is accessible for a statistical shape model of a population of Ankle bones: https://ankleshapemodels.com/

WebSSM has been developed by Saeed Arbabi.
